Homemade ghillie suit w/burlap

Items Needed:

17m of burlap
BDU (pants and jacket) *
Netting
*You could also use any type of military jacket or pants

First aquire some burlap for your suit
17M of common burlap
17M of burlap ~60 ikr/m

Then apply some netting to a jacket of your choice
Netting
I desided to use a NBC suit for this

I desided to cut the burlap into litle pieces (50-80cm long)
burlap
Cause it makes the burlap easier to handle

Then just start putting the burlap onto the netting
burlap
3 threads per group, 4 groups per square

wheeeee top line completed!!!!
burlap
It might have been better to start from the bottom :)

The bottom 4 lines completed!!!!

Takes longer then I thought :P

Got the back finished and one sleeve

Nice to be able to make the ghillie at work

Had a chance yesterday to take it out

It works well in the Icelandic nature
